I am skilled in attention to detail and accuracy of reporting due to over two decades in the Fire/EMS service and more than 15 years as a Law Enforcement Officer. I have experience with heating and air conditioning as a maintenance technician. In 2018, Valerie, and our five children moved to Western North Carolina. I medically retired from law enforcement due to an on-duty vehicle crash that prevents me from wearing my required gear. Thankfully, I have recovered and am ready to serve you! It was during my own home purchase that I was exposed to the home inspection process. I found the process interesting and saw that this was a new way I could continue to serve the public. In 2019 I completed the requirements laid out by the State of North Carolina for home inspections; which included over 200 hours of classroom and field training. I then sat and passed the state exam. I am a licensed North Carolina Home Inspector (NC#4387.) I am certified to conduct Radon testing. I am insured for General Liability and Errors/Omissions. I am happy to call North Carolina home. Let me help you do the same!

I am a former Law Enforcement Officer. I was forced to give up the career I loved due to an off duty car accident. Unfortunately, I could not recover fully to perform my duties. I currently handle the majority of the administrative end of our business. I am skilled in attention to detail, being thorough, multitasking, and being organized. I recently started homeschooling our five children. I also work with and train our three dogs. We moved to WNC from FL and never looked back. We had a great experience with the people we worked with while buying our home. We want to help enhance your home buying experience or ease the task of annual testing or inspections.
